EFEKTIVITAS ACCESS TO DIABETES CARE TERHADAP PENGENDALIAN DIABETES MELITUS PADA LANSIA

Pendahuluan: Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan gangguan metabolik kronik yang tidak dapat disembuhkan, tapi dikontrol dan dikendalikan angka kejadiannya. DM diakibatkan oleh ketidakadekuatan penggunaan insulin. Jumlah penderita meningkat dari tahun ke menyebabkan tingginya morbiditas mortalitas karena kondisi hiperglikemia terkontrol pada menimbulkan komplikasi serius. Lansia kelompok sangat rentan dengan sakit dialami. Access to Care adalah program pemerintah untuk mengendalikan pasien DM. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Efektifitas terhadap Pengendalian lansia. Metode: Desain studi menggunakan cross sectional sampel lansia desa Jumerto, Kecamatan Patrang, Kabupaten Jember. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling one group pre-test post-test design jumlah 20 Pengambilan data checklist questioner demografi, riwayat kesehatan tingkat stress pengukuran gula darah glucometer. Analisis uji paired t-test. Hasil: Terdapat selisih perbedaan antara awal akhir dilihat nilai mean bernilai sebesar 31.95, dimana tersebut positif artinya terdapat kecenderungan penurunan tekanan akhir.
